Your Role

You will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our organization. Working closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills to contribute to the success of our IT initiatives.

* Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
* Coordinate project activities and resources, including scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and tracking progress, to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors, and serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
* Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed of project progress, issues, and risks.
* Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution and minimize project disruptions.
* Support the testing and quality assurance processes, including coordinating testing activities, documenting test results, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and requirements.
* Assist in the deployment and implementation of project deliverables, including coordinating user training and support activities to facilitate successful adoption.
* Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback, identify areas for improvement, and inform future project planning and execution.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
* Proven experience in project coordination or related roles, preferably in IT or technology-related projects.
* Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, and JIRA.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
* Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and completeness in project documentation and deliverables.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
