Your Role

As an Entry-Level Business Analyst at The Bridges, you will play a vital role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing valuable insights to drive decision-making and enhance organizational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience to gain hands-on experience in the field of business analysis.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects or initiatives.
Process Mapping: Document current business processes and workflows, and identify areas for optimization or automation.
Report Generation: Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues and discrepancies, and conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and recommend solutions.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating and managing projects, including organizing meetings, tracking milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and validation of software applications and business processes to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems, processes, and tools to facilitate successful implementation and adoption.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Your Profile

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R is a plus.
* Solid understanding of data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing techniques.
* Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques, such as regression, classification, clustering, and neural networks.
* Experience with data visualization tools and libraries
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Prior experience or projects in data science or related fields is a plus.
